PRIVACY POLICY FOR IMAGE VECTORIZER

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application Image Vectorizer (“Application”) by Icosasoft Software Inc. (“us”), as well as the use of the Image Vectorizer website and related services. Image Vectorizer is an application used for bitmap image to vector graphic conversion for Mac OS X. It is our intention to be fully GDPR compliant.

What information does the Application obtain?

User provided information.

We do not collect any information via the Application. However, we may obtain the following kinds of information from you: (a) transaction-related information, such as when you purchase and download applications from us; (b) information you provide to us when you contact us for help; (c) information you provide in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our website or elsewhere; (d) any other information you may choose to provide to us from time to time.

This Application does not collect precise information about your location.

We may use the collected information to respond to your inquiries and requests, to provide customer service, and to help us diagnose errors and improve our products and services. We may also use the user-provided information to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and occasional marketing offers.

Information collected by Apple

Apple may collect certain information in connection with the Application (for example when you purchase the Application at the Apple Mac Store, or when diagnostic or other information generated by the Application or by the operating system is sent to Apple). The use of such information by Apple is not covered by this Privacy Policy, but may be covered by Apple's own privacy policies. However, in case Apple makes such information available to us, then we will treat the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Ads appearing on our website may be delivered to you by advertising partners, who may set cookies. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
